2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person, or operating accounts in the names of multiple people from the same device, is a violation of joya bat's policy. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any remaining balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. You should not share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact joya bat's support team immediately.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

joya bat may request a government-issued ID or relevant documents at any time to verify the identity of an account holder. Withdrawal access may be restricted until verification is complete.

Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements

To create an account on joya bat and participate in any casino or betting activity, a user must be at least 21 years old. Anyone below this age is not eligible to use this platform. If a false date of birth is provided at registration and is later proven, the account will be closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Using joya bat for any illegal activity or money laundering is strictly prohibited. In cases of suspicious transactions, joya bat reserves the right to hold funds and conduct any necessary investigation until verification is complete.

4.4 Third-Party Accounts

All transactions must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals using another person's mobile banking or bank account are not permitted.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

joya bat offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 15 times the total bonus must be completed. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, with a wagering requirement of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may only be claimed once, unless the terms of the relevant promotion state otherwise.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be cancelled.
• joya bat reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer.
• If fraudulent or manipulative behaviour related to bonus use is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Weekly and Special Promotions

joya bat runs various offers for regular members, including weekly bonuses, slot promotions, cricket betting bonuses, and special birthday rewards. Each offer has its own terms — minimum deposit, wagering multiplier, and validity period are clearly stated alongside each offer.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

All odds and betting markets on joya bat are subject to change. Once a bet is successfully confirmed, it is recorded in the system and settled based on the outcome of the relevant event. joya bat reserves the right to cancel any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds.

6.2 Event Cancellation and Refunds

6.3 Prohibition of Manipulation

Any attempt to cheat or manipulate the betting system — such as using software bots, gaining an advantage through multiple accounts, or exploiting system vulnerabilities — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds if detected.

6.4 Game Outcomes

Account Suspension and Closure

7.2 Self-Closure of Account
